After the initial briefing meeting with the client, projects usually start on the drawing board, this allows us to rough out the allocation of space and show the maximum seating capacity for any office or area.

We offer a full in house CAD design package which enables us to prepare plans swiftly and, most importantly, to update and change immediately and email back to the client or landlord.

We can provide 2+3D layouts to help visualise how an area will look as well as full coloured photo realistic 3D images.

An audit of your existing office space is often essential to determine departmental needs and project expansion. We can also carry out a storage and filing survey to target correct storage needs which will help us to factor in cupboards and general storage when space planning.

Colours and finishes are the crux of any space, our sales staff have access to wealth of samples and are happy to provide you with as many colour and finish options as necessary to personalise your office space.
We can prepare ‘mood boards’ to show how colours and finishes will work together, including wall, floor and furniture finishes.
